
Pistachio Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream (or cool whip)
- 2 packages instant pudding, any flavor (I use pistachio)
- 2 3/4 cup milk
- whipping cream
- chocolate bar
Instructions
- Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Add flour and nuts. Make a crust and press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined. Stir in whipping cream.
- Spread cream cheese layer over cooled crust.
- Mix milk and pudding and stir until thick. Spread pudding layer ontop of cream cheese layer.
- Add layer of whipping cream and chocolate shavings on top. Chill until served.
