Pistachio Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or cool whip)
  • 2 packages instant pudding, any flavor (I use pistachio)
  • 2 3/4 cup milk
  • whipping cream
  • chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Add flour and nuts. Make a crust and press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
  2. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined. Stir in whipping cream.
  3. Spread cream cheese layer over cooled crust.
  4. Mix milk and pudding and stir until thick. Spread pudding layer ontop of cream cheese layer.
  5. Add layer of whipping cream and chocolate shavings on top. Chill until served.
